CANCELLATION POLICY
• If you cancel within 24 hours, it's 50% of the service, and for no call/no-shows, it's 100% of the booked service. • If you're 10 minutes late for your appointment, there's a $10 charge.If it's between 10-15 minutes late, it's 50% of the appointment. If it's after 15 minutes or no contact, it's 100% of the service. • Children under 12 are not allowed; appointments will be canceled or rescheduled as needed. Only service animals are permitted; no pets allowed.
